• At Richmonds High School, we truly believe that a child’s future is not determined as much by his or her innate capabilities as by the way his personality is honed over the formative years. Drawing on this belief, it is our constant endeavor to provide students with the best academic and other facilities to help them discover their true potential.
• The first and foremost step in this direction is to achieve a healthy student-teacher ratio. At Richmonds, we strive to keep the number of students proportional to the teaching staff in order to ensure that every student gets personalized attention and guidance. We are proud to claim that every faculty member knows their students like the back of their hand, identifies with their strengths and shortcomings and works relentlessly to help them improve.
• Equal emphasis in laid on providing safe transport arrangement to our students. There is nothing more important than a child’s safety to us, and we take full responsibility of our students’ well-being till they are safe in the environs of their home. In order to rule out the possibility of any untoward incidents on the road, we have invested heavily in employing well-trained and experienced manpower, besides using vehicles that are in full compliance with the road safety norms.
• The school boasts of high-class infrastructure complete with all modern facilities with separate dedicated blocks for pre-primary, primary and high school sections. We house fully furnished laboratories and a well-stocked library with books on nearly every conceivable subject matter. We also have a provision for remedial classes for academically weaker students .
• In addition to this, special care is taken to encourage students’ participation in extra-curricular and co-curricular activities. To facilitate this, the school has been built in a way that there are enough open spaces and playgrounds for students to indulge in physical activities and exercises. Regular sporting events are also held on the school premises. To inculcate the spirit of discipline, students are encouraged to join the NCC.
• We understand that burdening little one with big bags doesn’t count as good education. Therefore, we promote activity-based learning for primary students. The focus here is on imparting education with help for audio-visual tools and for primary classes, with an aim to develop knowledge, skills and attitudes instead of mere textbook learning.
